Thermostat Growing Leaders(T-GROW-LE) is a non-profit organization that partners with schools, government departments, Institutions of higher learning, religious organizations, and humanitarian and civil society Agencies to develop today’s emerging generation of leaders.
We equip educators, employers, faith leaders, local community leaders, coaches, aspiring mentors youth workers, and parents to understand and connect with this generation and offer simplified resources to spark conversations as well as life-changing experiences with them.
We believe that hope for a good future in faith, organizations, family units, state institutions, digital advancements and entrepreneurial thrive rests in how well we prepare our young because far often, we have prepared the path for the child instead of the child for the path.
